Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
- Experience as Controller/Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant is ideal.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience, preferably Tekion.
Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash management activities.
- Lead monthly financial close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly statements and management reports for leadership.
- Improve controls, cleanup historical records, and enhance processes.
