Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; HS Diploma with 3 years relevant experience also acceptable.
• 1 year relevant experience in call center, sales, automotive, or BDC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Provide customer service support via internet, phone, email, and text.
• Assist sales teams with scheduling appointments and follow-up.
• Build rapport and nurture relationships with customers and prospects.

What you’ll do:

• Provide customer service and support to existing and prospective customers via internet, phone, email, and text.
• Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist retail and commercial sales teams with scheduling appointments and follow-up.
• Build rapport and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers. Address customer concerns and elevate as appropriate.
• Manage and maintain electronic records using various technologies, including CRM and Microsoft tools.
• Maintain working knowledge of dealership products, services, procedures, and policies.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

What you’ll need:

• Education: Associate's degree preferred - Can be substituted for HS Diploma and 3 years relevant experience
• One-year Relevant Experience Preferred (call Center, Sales, Automotive, BDC)
