Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience is required.
• Service Advisor, Parts, Warranty, or Technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and automotive systems.
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate claims according to contract terms and policy.
• Verify submitted repair claims and confirm eligibility for coverage.
• Process approved claims and document activity in the claims management system.
• Communicate with repair facilities regarding repairs, coverage questions, and claim payments.
• Respond to inquiries regarding claims and coverage.
• Collaborate with other adjusters and departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records and follow-up activities.
• Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service throughout the claims process.
