Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Claims Adjuster, you'll review repair claims, determine contract coverage, communicate with repair facilities, and help ensure customers receive prompt and accurate service.

What You'll Do

• Review and adjudicate claims according to contract terms and ancillary policy coverage.
• Verify submitted repair claims and confirm eligibility for coverage.
• Process approved claims and document all activity within the claims management system.
• Communicate with repair facilities regarding repairs, diagnostics, coverage questions, and claim payments.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding claims and coverage.
• Work closely with other adjusters and departments to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, spreadsheets, and follow-up activities.
• Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service throughout the claims process.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive industry experience required.
• Service Advisor, Parts, Warranty, or Technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and automotive systems.
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Additional compensation available for bilingual (Spanish/English) employees.
• Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, TX.

Compensation

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Additional hourly premium available for active ASE Certifications (A1-A8).
