Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive mechanic or related mechanical experience.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and process mechanical warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Determine warranty coverage based on established guidelines.
• Communicate with dealerships, repair facilities, and vehicle owners via phone and email.
• Explain claim approvals, denials, and next steps in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Provide guidance to customers experiencing vehicle issues and explain the claim submission process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records within company claims systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while managing customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure quality service and claim accuracy.
• Uphold company standards of honesty, fairness, and customer satisfaction.
