Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as automotive mechanic or related mechanical field.
• Ability to explain repair elements to non-technical people.
• Excellent verbal communication over the phone.
• Customer service experience resolving complex requests.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and claims processing software.
• Detail-oriented; thrives in a fast-paced call center.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification is a plus.
