CareGard Warranty Services in Grapevine, TX seeks an experienced automotive claims adjudicator. You will review claims, apply diagnostic and repair knowledge, and coordinate payments with repair facilities. The role requires at least one ASE certification and two years of hands-on technician experience.

You will communicate with clients and facilities, maintain records, and strive for high customer service standards in a collaborative team. Onsite in Grapevine with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum two years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Must have at least one active ASE certification (A1–A8).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; 30 WPM min.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and interpret ancillary policies to adjudicate claims.
• Review submitted claims for contract terms and coverage compliance.
• Apply automotive knowledge to evaluate repair recommendations and diagnostics.
• Process approved claims through online portal with documentation.
• Communicate with repair facilities to coordinate payments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax.
• Collaborate with fellow adjusters and other departments for service quality.
• Maintain accurate records, data entry and follow-up tracking.
• Meet 5 Star Google Review requirements as per policy.
• Assist with complex claim investigations within authority limits (up to 50%).
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex claim scenarios.
