Job summary

CareGard Warranty Services, Inc. in Grapevine, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented automotive claims adjuster who can interpret repair information, assess coverage, and communicate clearly with repair facilities.

You will adjudicate claims, review documentation, coordinate payments, and collaborate with other teams to deliver accurate service while maintaining precise records in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Onsite work in Grapevine TX is required.
• Experience in automotive repair, diagnostics, parts operations or warranty administration.
• Ability to interpret repair information and assess claims accurately.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate claims by reviewing contracts and coverage.
• Apply automotive knowledge to evaluate repair findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate payments and document communications with repair facilities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or mail.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry.
