Job summary

CareGard Warranty Services in Grapevine, TX is seeking an automotive claims adjuster with hands-on technician experience and an active ASE certification to evaluate claims and determine coverage.

You will review claims, apply diagnostic knowledge, coordinate with repair facilities, and document communications in our portal, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Active ASE certification (A1–A8) required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret ancillary policies to adjudicate claims accurately.
• Review claims for contract compliance and coverage.
• Use automotive diagnostic knowledge to evaluate repair recommendations.
• Process approved claims through the online portal with proper documentation.
• Coordinate payments with repair facilities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax; collaborate with teams.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry with follow-up tracking.
• Meet 5 Star Google Review requirements per policy.
• Assist with complex claim investigations within authority limits.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex scenarios.
