Job summary

Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist to support a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership environment. You will handle customer transactions, calculate bills, and process payments with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires a high school diploma, cashier experience preferred, and a readiness to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Training is provided, and a professional appearance is essential for delivering a positive customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashier experience is preferred, automotive dealership experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance are essential.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customers bill using the dealership's computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, deposits and verify payments at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Located at Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, the Cashier/Receptionist is critical to our customers experience. The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate the customers bill using the dealerships computer system

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
