Napleton Nissan in St. Louis is seeking an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist to assist with customer transactions, payments, and a positive guest experience.

The role supports the front desk operations and contributes to efficient service in a fast-paced dealership environment. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, cashier experience (automotive dealership experience is a plus), excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against cash/cheques/cards at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Located at Napleton St. Louis Nissan, the Cashier/Receptionist is critical to our customer's experience. The Cashier/Receptionistisresponsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused
