Job summary

The Napleton St. Louis Nissan location, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, seeks an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will handle transactions, calculate bills, and process payments, while staying accurate and customer-focused.

This role offers exposure to a large automotive group with growth opportunities and benefits such as insurance, vacation, and training. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Located at Napleton St. Louis Nissan, the Cashier/Receptionist is critical to our customer's experience. The Cashier/Receptionistisresponsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused
