Napleton St. Louis Nissan, part of The Ed Napleton Automotive Group, seeks an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist to provide outstanding service at the dealership. You will handle transactions, collect payments, and ensure accuracy to enhance the customer experience.

The role emphasizes reliable cash handling, friendly communication, and a professional appearance, with the possibility of working weekends/holidays in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays

Located at Napleton St. Louis Nissan, the Cashier/Receptionist is critical to our customer’s experience. The Cashier/Receptionist isresponsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused
