Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive accounting experience required.
• Knowledge of CDK required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• BA in Accounting preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy with financial information.

Responsibilities

• Process cash applications and post payments to customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate AR records and aging schedules.
• Prepare monthly statements for customers, fleet accounts, and wholesale accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer balance issues.
• Assist with month-end closing and accounting support functions as needed.
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, service, and management teams.
