Qualifications

• Experience with production management, lean and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Supervise and develop production leaders and team members through coaching and performance management.
• Monitor production performance, analyze metrics, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
