Job summary

Engaged BDC Solutions & Consulting seeks a sharp, driven remote BDC representative to turn internet leads into showroom appointments. You will respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email, follow up on aged leads, and keep meticulous notes in the dealer CRM.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in automotive BDC, internet sales, or call center sales.
• Confident, friendly phone presence and appointment setting.
• Clear, professional writing for texts and emails.
• Experience with dealership CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet leads by phone, text, and email.
• Handle inbound sales calls and schedule showroom appointments.
• Follow up on unsold showroom traffic and aged leads.
• Confirm appointments to improve show rates.
• Keep notes and update lead statuses in the CRM.
• Meet daily activity goals for calls, texts, emails, and appointments.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and training.

Job description

Engaged BDC Solutions & Consulting is an outsourced Business Development Center for franchised dealerships. Our reps work as part of each dealer’s team. They turn internet leads and phone calls into appointments that show and buy. We’re growing and need sharp, driven people who like to talk to customers and want to win.

What You’ll Do

• Respond fast to internet leads by phone, text, and email
• Handle inbound sales calls and set appointments for the showroom
• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, missed appointments, and aged leads
• Confirm appointments to drive show rates
• Keep accurate notes and update lead statuses in the dealer’s CRM
• Work set daily activity goals for calls, texts, emails, and appointments
• Take part in regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and training

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year in automotive BDC, internet sales, or call center sales (automotive strongly preferred)
• Confident, friendly phone presence; you’re comfortable asking for the appointment
• Clear, professional writing for texts and emails
• Experience with dealership CRMs (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, eLead, CDK, or similar) is a plus
• Self-motivated and reliable when working on your own from home
• Reliable high-speed internet, a computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace
• Available to work some evenings and Saturdays preferred.
• Must be able to work independently
• Preferably Full-Time but will also consider the right part-time candidate that can work flexible hours
