Job summary

Ciocca Automotive invites an energetic call center professional to join our growing team in Pennsylvania. You’ll help our customers, set appointments with sales, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

We offer a full-time schedule Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, weekly draw plus commission, PTO and holidays, 401(K) retirement plan with company matching, on the job training, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, prescription and vision.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
