Ciocca Automotive Group seeks a motivated professional for our Manager in Training Program. This role offers exposure to our dynamic service operations and a path toward leadership within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

The ideal candidate brings energy, customer-service focus, and leadership potential. We value strong communication, teamwork, and the drive to advance in a fast-paced automotive environment supporting service and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in automotive service management (preferred).
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
