Ciocca Automotive Group in York, PA is seeking a motivated call center professional to join our busy team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, schedule sales appointments and provide product information.

We offer a weekly draw with commission, a full-time schedule Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) plan with company matching, on-the-job training and comprehensive benefits to support your career growth.

Competenze

• At least one previous customer service-related role
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Mansioni

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.

Salary Description

Draw plus bonus
