Job summary

P4 Automotive in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Automotive Biller to accurately process vehicle sales transactions for new and used vehicles. You will review deal documents, post to the dealership system, coordinate funding and title paperwork, and work with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to ensure deals are complete and timely.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-minded, and able to perform under deadlines in a fast-paced dealership environment with sensitive financial documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous automotive dealership billing experience preferred.
• Familiar with dealership management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review new and used vehicle deals for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify buyer information, pricing, trade details, taxes, rebates, and finance documents.
• Enter and post vehicle sales transactions in the dealership management system.
• Prepare and process paperwork for cash, financed, leased, and dealer-trade transactions.
• Submit funding packages to lenders and follow up on missing documents.
• Assist with month-end closing by ensuring eligible deals are posted on time.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
