Job summary

Gettel in Bradenton, FL is seeking a detail-oriented dealership accountant to manage F&I paperwork, payoff checks, and billing for vehicles. You will reconcile schedules, research receivable and vendor inquiries, and perform routine accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Dealership accounting experience preferred.
• Strong math and accounting knowledge is required.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in reconciliations.
• Experience reconciling vendor accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork from the F&I Department.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade ins.
• Various billing duties including wholesale and dealer trades.
• Reconcile schedules and research receivable/vendor inquiries.
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks and communicate with supervisor.
