Job Responsibilities

1. Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
2. Post vehicle sales and purchases.
3. Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
4. Costing and finalizing deals to accounting.
5. Prepare, submit, and monitor funding of bank contracts.
6. Read and interpret legal documents.
7. Effectively present information to customers or dealership personnel.
8. Maintain reports and logs of daily new and used deal activity.
9. Work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere.
10. Ability to multitask.
11. Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.
