Responsibilities:

• Check deals for compliance and completeness
• Processing bank contracts and deals efficiently
• Keep accurate records for sales commissions
• Process cash receipts for down payments
• Process all trade payoffs and follow up on titles
• New inventory management and stock ins
• Assist with other tasks as assigned
• Filing, scanning and other general office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior Automotive Billing Experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
• Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with CDK helpful but not required
