Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Billing Clerk to join our Austin team and support the accounting functions related to incoming dealer deals.

You will audit and post deals in the accounting system, verify supporting documentation, and prepare vouchers, invoices, and related records with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Audit and post incoming deals into the accounting system with verification.
• Compile and sort documents substantiating business transactions; prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records quickly and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and company policies.
• Support documentation and reporting to maintain accurate financial records.
