Qualifications

• Entry-level accounting position in automotive dealership environment.
• Relevant automotive accounting experience preferred.
• CDK software experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review and upload commission data to payroll.
• Maintain and reconcile sales commissions for accuracy.
• Prepare GL entries for additional commission and discretionary bonus.
• Submit commission data to payroll department for payment processing.
• Ensure commission accruals are recorded in the proper period.
• Process and prepare lien payoffs on trade-in vehicles.
• Assist in finalizing deals in accounting while verifying profit/loss.
• Review and maintain accounting schedules.
