Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller to join our finance team at Rivers Oaks Hyundai and River Oaks KIA. This role ensures the correct flow of documents from the Finance Department for vehicles sold and accurate billing.

Responsibilities include calculating profits, setting up receivables/liabilities, reconciling dealer reserve statements, processing payments to floor-plan institutions, and resolving billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Automotive Billing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CDK preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
