Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller to ensure accurate billing for vehicles sold across our River Oaks Hyundai and River Oaks Kia dealerships. The role supports finance with receivables, liabilities, and commission calculations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualified candidates have automotive billing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. CDK experience is a plus, and a background check will be completed as per local regulations.

Qualifications

• Automotive Billing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CDK preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold, calculating profits and commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in the billing process.
