Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller to ensure accurate flow of documents from the Finance Department for the Rivers Oaks Hyundai and River Oaks KIA dealerships. This role offers a competitive hourly pay range and robust benefits in a family-owned, multi-brand dealer group.

The Automotive Biller will handle billing, reconciliations, and floor plan payments while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Automotive billing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with CDK is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
