The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller to ensure accurate billing for vehicles sold at our Illinois dealerships. You will manage receivables/liabilities, calculate profits, and handle dealer reserve statements.

Responsibilities include processing payments to floor plan lenders and resolving billing discrepancies. Automotive billing experience is required, along with a high school diploma and a willingness to undergo a background check.

• Experience with billing processes in automotive dealership environments is ideal.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy are essential.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.
• 18+ years of age to comply with company policy.

• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
