Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller to ensure accurate billing and smooth financial flows for our River Oaks Hyundai and River Oaks Kia dealerships. This role focuses on correct documentation and timely postings within the Finance Department.

Automotive Billing experience is required. CDK experience is a plus. This is an opportunity to work with a large, multi-brand dealer group offering growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Automotive billing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CDK experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Billing of vehicles including profit calculations, receivables/liabilities, and sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in the billing process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
