Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller at Oak Lawn Honda to ensure accurate flow of documents from the Finance Department. This role handles vehicle billing, reconciling receivables and liabilities, and processing floor plan payments, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have automotive billing experience, familiarity with CDK, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Automotive billing experience is required.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background check in accordance with local/law regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
• Other duties as assigned by management
