Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
• Enthusiastic personality and prompt, courteous interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to inquiries using various communication methods.
• Provide customers with initial product information.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
