Job summary

M&F Auto Sales is seeking a professional, outgoing BDC Representative/Receptionist to join our Albuquerque team. This phone-focused role requires confidence with high-volume outbound calls and a friendly, professional presence on every customer interaction.

Our BDC team connects customers with sales, concentrating on contacting leads, following up, setting appointments, and driving traffic to the dealership. Previous automotive BDC experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive BDC experience preferred.
• CRM and lead-management experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Make consistent outbound calls to new and existing customer leads.
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and assist or direct customers as needed.
• Manage and respond to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and activity within the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and customer follow-up.
• Re-engage older leads and customers who are still in the market.
• Provide a professional, friendly, and confident presence over the phone.
• Assist customers who enter the dealership as needed.
• Perform basic administrative duties.
• Meet individual and department goals for calls, contacts, and appointments.
• Support the sales team and BDC department as needed.
