Qualifications

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer leads and inquiries.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and communicate with customers by email.
• Follow up with internet, phone, showroom, sales, and service leads.
• Schedule sales and service appointments and maximize appointment opportunities.
• Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with customers who miss appointments.
• Qualify customer needs and gather information to help the Sales and Service teams.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the dealership CRM system.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding dealership products, services, and appointment availability.
• Meet or exceed established appointment, contact, and performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
