Job summary

Crown Motors in Redding, CA is seeking a friendly BDC Representative to manage customer communications and schedule appointments in the dealership’s Business Development Center. You will answer calls, book appraisal appointments, and follow up on leads to drive showroom traffic.

The role requires clear communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently. A customer-focused mindset and experience with CRM systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training is a plus.
• Experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role preferred, automotive industry a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM or dealership management software.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound call management to assist sales inquiries and appointment scheduling.
• Appraisal scheduling based on customer needs and sales availability.
• Lead management and follow-up from digital inquiries and web leads.
• Provide customer service information on services, promotions, and maintenance packages.
• Data entry into the CRM and reporting on appointment volume and conversions.
• Administrative support including reminders and promotional communications.
