Antwerpen Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Automotive BDC Sales Associate to join our Chevrolet team in Sykesville, MD. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team to maximize dealership performance and customer satisfaction.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain records in CDK CRM.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in automotive sales, customer service, or BDC roles desired

• Proficiency with CRM software, especially CDK, and Microsoft Office Suite.
