Job summary

Antwerpen Chevrolet in Maryland is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service and help customers find the right Chevrolet vehicle. You will present vehicles, handle test drives, explain financing, and guide buyers through the full sales process.

Ideal candidates have a background in sales or customer service and are comfortable using CRM tools. The role may require evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering a great customer experience and sales

What You'll Do

As a Chevrolet Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping individuals and families find the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build rapport through outstanding customer service.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget to recommend the best vehicle solutions.
• Present and demonstrate Chevrolet vehicles, highlighting key features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and answer product-related questions with confidence and professionalism.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through delivery.
• Explain financing options, warranties, protection products, and current dealership promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads using dealership CRM tools.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on Chevrolet products, competitive vehicles, inventory availability, and market trends.
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
