Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Handle all incoming internet inquiries, emails, texts, and social media.
  2. Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
  3. Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness.
  4. Work with the customer accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
  5. Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
  6. Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous Automotive BDC experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required.
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eager to improve.
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient with computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
