Job description

Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming internet inquiries, emails, texts, and social media messages.
  • Respond to emails professionally and courteously.
  • Assist customers in vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with customers to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
  • Guide customers to product information resources, including online sources.
  • Promptly forward inquiries/messages to appropriate sales personnel and departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous Automotive BDC experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to improve.
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and closing percentages.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
  • Proficient with computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
