Jack Madden Ford in Norwood, MA is hiring an Automotive BDC / Internet Sales Representative to handle inbound calls, internet leads, and texts, and to set VIP appointments. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a focus on high-volume customer engagement.

You will log interactions in our CRM, work with Sales Managers to ensure smooth showroom handoffs, and enjoy a schedule with Mondays-Saturdays and no Sunday shifts.

• Handle inbound phone calls, internet leads, and text inquiries from customers interested in buying a vehicle.
• Outbound outreach via phone, personalized video messages, and emails to set VIP appointments.
• Log all customer interactions clearly in our CRM and manage daily follow-up tasks.
• Work directly with Sales Managers to confirm appointments and ensure a seamless handoff on the showroom floor.
