DePaula Chevrolet in Albany, NY is seeking a friendly Receptionist for our Business Development Center. You will be the first contact for customers, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting sales and service teams.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and reliability. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities within the dealership and exposure to the automotive industry.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, dependable and team-oriented.
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, retention, follow-up and satisfaction.
• Take messages and ensure timely delivery to personnel.
• Maintain customer information and appointment records in the DMS.
• Provide basic information regarding dealership products, services, and hours.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
