Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive BDC Representative to join our Madison dealership. As the first contact for leads, you will respond by phone, text, and email, schedule appointments, and deliver a top-tier customer experience to support our sales team and drive showroom traffic.

Qualifications

• Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Proficient computer and typing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries.
• Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and showroom traffic.
• Learn and apply scripts, techniques, and processes that lead to successful appointments.
