Universal Nissan is expanding its Business Development Center team, offering a $16/hour base pay (not a draw) with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training, ongoing support, advancement opportunities, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ideal Automotive BDC Representative displays a positive attitude.
• Able to work in a team environment and learns quickly.
• Schedule MUST be flexible.
• Prior experience in an internet sales call center is preferred.
• Candidates must possess basic phone and computer skills.
• Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, texts, emails).
• Set and confirm appointments for Nissan or Hyundai sales team.
• Follow up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive traffic to the dealership.
