Qualifications

• 2+ years in Automotive Sales BDC or similar role.
• Proven track record of setting and managing quality sales appointments.

• Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus and bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Respond promptly to internet leads and inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Build rapport and identify customers' vehicle needs.
• Follow processes to maximize show rates and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales to deliver a seamless showroom experience.
• Meet or exceed individual and department targets.
