Job summary

Laramie Auto Center is seeking a motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representative to join our team in Wyoming. The role focuses on handling inbound internet and phone customers while earning commissions based on performance.

Paid training is provided; automotive experience is not required. This position offers a base salary with commission and promotes from within. A flexible schedule may include some Saturdays, with full benefits and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, text, and email leads.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
