Job summary

Laramie Auto Center is seeking a motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representative for a full-time, in-person role on-site five days a week. No automotive experience is required as training is provided.

The position offers base pay plus commission, with opportunities for advancement within a promote-from-within culture. Compensation includes a monthly base salary plus commissions, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match after one year, PTO, and paid

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email leads.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
