Job summary

Laramie Auto Center is seeking a motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representative for a full-time, in-person onsite role in Laramie. No automotive experience required; paid training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you succeed.

You will handle internet, phone, text, and email leads, schedule showroom appointments, and maintain CRM data while aiming to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Promote-from-within culture and family coverage available.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and messages.
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, text, and email leads.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
