Laramie GM Auto Center Inc in Laramie, WY is seeking a motivated BDC/ Internet Sales Representative to handle inbound internet and phone customers and earn commission based on performance. Automotive experience is not required as we provide paid training and ongoing support.

This role offers a guaranteed base plus commission, with benefits including health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and a 401(k) match after one year.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, text, and email leads.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
