Job summary

Laramie GM Auto Center is growing and looking for a motivated BDC/ Internet Sales Representative to handle inbound internet and phone customers and earn commissions based on performance.

Automotive experience is not required—paid training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed, with a guaranteed base salary and a clear path for career growth in a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and messages.
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, text, and email leads.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
