Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for our West Palm Beach, FL call center. The role trains on the job and prefers prior call center experience, but will consider motivated newcomers who can deliver friendly, professional service.

The BDC team will handle outbound and inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and provide a top-notch customer experience. A 5-day work week with competitive benefits supports growth and stability.

Qualifications

• 5-day work week, only one Saturday every three weeks (per schedule)
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate persuasively
• Excellent computer/Office skills and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
• Work closely with the BDC Manager to schedule service appointments
• Complete outbound phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Stay informed about service updates, recalls and service requirements
• Maintain a business casual appearance
